Deposits:

Deposits are $80, applied to your total amount, and are non-refundable. This amount is ONLY collected once I have confirmed that I am able to take on your project and a date has been set.

I am no longer holding appointments, if your deposit is not sent at the time of booking, your appointment time is canceled and will not be considered.

Text/DMs/Reply Times:

Typically, I do not check or respond to DMs (direct messages) through Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. I am truly grateful for your support but I am unable to get through the high volume of inquiries across all platforms.

The exception to this is when I release exclusive offers via Instagram stories and have requested that you DM me specifically at that time.

Many of my clients know that my response times for text-backs are extremely delayed. This is never intentional or directed at anyone in particular, I have a new system in place to try to combat this issue in a different way. A combination of a call consultation and text will be applied to the next round of scheduling to see the effectiveness of this system. If at any time you believe I missed your message or it got mixed up with the others, send an emoji or follow-up text, this will bump you back to the top of my list for a response.

Booking/Scheduling:

At the times that my books are open for scheduling, I will have specific instructions regarding the schedule for that particular time.

If you have submitted a form, and are awaiting a response, please allow a full week to pass before emailing me for any updates.

Late Policy:

If you find yourself running late, please keep me updated. There is a 15-minute grace period for your appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes, even with proper communication, there will be an additional $20 late fee added to your total.

There are times when I run over the estimated time slot that I have allotted for us, in these circumstances, I will reach out as soon as I know, and push back your appointment if possible. When your appointment is pushed back for this reason (we will discuss it together) the late policy is applicable to the new appointment time.

Example. Your appointment is scheduled for 2 pm. I text you around 12:30/1 pm letting you know I will not be done with my current client in time. We push your appointment to 2:30 pm, your grace period is effective until 2:45 pm.

Rescheduling:

In the event that you need to reschedule, please contact me and do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. If done so within this time frame, your deposit is held as a retainer for your rescheduled appointment.

Contacting me after this time frame to reschedule your appointment (less than 48 hours until your appointment) will require a new deposit to be placed in order to book again.

Cancellations:

In the event that you would like to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment.

Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book again in the future.

Covid-19/Masking:

If you are sick, covid related or not, please reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Reschedules do not require another deposit if done within the appropriate time frame. Please respect my time and do not show up sick to your appointment.

You will be blacklisted if you knowingly come to your appointment sick.
